Cash, Checks, Visa, and Mastercard accepted. Returned Check fee is $25.00

Gratuity
Gratuities may not be added to credit cards, although they may be added to checks.

Returns
Exchanges will be made within a reasonable amount of time, from the time of purchase and handled on an individual basis. No cash refunds.

Cancellations
48 hour notice necessary, please avoid being a “no show.” You are expected to compensate for the time you have booked with your technician.

Cancellations – Nail Appointments
There is a 3 hour notice policy for cancellations on nail appointments. You will be charged a 50% fee for your missed appointments. Please try to avoid being a “no show.”

Bridal Parties
Accommondated with special appointment times and needs. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Full amount required 3 days in advance on all special salon hour bookings. (Charge for practice up-do.)

Children
A hair, skin, and nail salon is not a safe place for your children to visit while you are receiving services. We suggest you do no bring your children unless your appointment is brief (15 min.)

Coupons
Valid Monday through Friday, unless otherwise stated on the coupon.

Senior Citizens
65 years and older receive a 10% discount on all services. There is no discount awarded toward the purchase of products.
